This page brings together the current conference information about Participation formats.

Presentation with slides

Open for every eligible submitting participant.
Traditional oral presentation supported by slides.
Presentation, Q&A and change-over time inherit from the selected Session format.
The Session format determines the minimum and maximum number of contributions.
Programme managers may accept a different Contribution Type during the decision process.

Presentation with a poster

Open for every eligible submitting participant.
Visual presentation designed for a dedicated poster period or a combined Session.
An optional short introduction may be enabled by the selected Session format.
The Session format controls minimum poster numbers, fallback behaviour and shared discussion time.
The final Contribution Type is confirmed during the programme decision.

Short oral presentation

Concise presentation of one central result, idea or question.
Several contributions are normally grouped into one fast-paced Session block.
Individual Q&A may be replaced by one shared discussion.
Slides should be reduced to the essential message and submitted before the presentation deadline.

Contribution to a panel discussion

Short opening statement that introduces a perspective rather than a full lecture.
Most of the Session is reserved for moderated discussion among panelists and the audience.
Slides are optional unless the selected Session format requires an upload.
Panel composition and speaking order remain under the responsibility of the Session chairs.

Interactive workshop contribution

Interactive input intended to involve participants in a concrete task or exchange.
Methods may include group work, demonstrations, round tables or co-creation.
The Session format defines the required interactive share and available duration.
Supporting material may be uploaded for participants before or after the Workshop.
